Impounds are released during set hours on nights and weekends. Typically Saturday and Sunday they only release between 10AM and 7PM. If the the vehicle is disabled and can't be driven out you are required to pick up during office hours. Which is Monday thru Friday 8-5. These time may vary and are the dispatcher's decision based on driver availability.
