NEVER again! Let me start by saying I’m so hurt and upset right now! I got a call from two agents hollering at me telling me they will tow the car and get law enforcement involved just because I’m late by only a day and not even a full day returning the car. It was bad weather in Myrtle Beach where I have to pick my daughter up so I fell behind. Usually your deposit takes care of extensions by not with this company. Let’s just say I rented this car to move my daughter in at college on Tuesday. Today is only Friday and they charging me $180 PER DAY. I’ve paid them $470 upfront and then yesterday they changed the card on file another $180. They was only supposed to change the deposit of $200 to the card. They kept it on file but it wasn’t even my card to approve separate charges. They maxxed it out!! I paid cash and cash was what I was supposed to pay! Minus the deposit, I have to pay $580 for a rental that I picked up Tuesday and now is being told they will report this car stolen and it’s just Friday! So upset from them hollering at me threatening that I better have it to the Columbia SC location in a hour or pay them another $480! This is crazy! Can’t wait to finish picking up my daughter and returning this car asap!!! It’s a cold cold world!!! These men treated me like a child.

They deserve no stars! This company is all about money. They never want to own up to there mistakes. Will never rent or refer this company. They clearly needs better management and employees. Never dealt with a unprofessional, lack of customer service, no communication company before. Please Beware!

I dont know honestly because I have never rented an suv. He could have new inventory call and find out he is veru friendly.
They will ask u where ur going in or out of state. They give u a certain amount of miles. Anything over u pay 4 i. Its only a few cents a mile. Good people

They are good. Small car is about $190 plus deposit. If you have insurance then it's cheaper.
If you are driving local in the state, a compact car is 104.97 plus tax
