New York Bride & Groom did an excellent job of helping us through the whole process of finding the perfect dress for my daughter! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome and well attended. We spent a relaxing time looking through dresses on the floor and as we chose ones we liked the attendants set them up for us in a spacious dressing room. Once the trying on process began Dinah and Nadia were amazing! They offered assistance as needed but were respectful of our space as well. When it came time to say yes to the dress there was a fun gong experience and photo area where we all started crying. Taking care of the payment was very easy. When we had further questions about colors for brides maids and groom we were taken to some color palettes and given good direction. Our overall experience was great! They have a streamlined process which is very efficient but they also provide the personal touch making my daughter and our family feel very special. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Amazing experience at NY Bride & Groom Charlotte. The stylists really listened to what I wanted even when I wasn’t 100% sure what that was myself! I felt like a princess the whole day and left with my dream dress!!

I got Brooke as my stylist and let me tell you, she is the nicest person I have ever met. She was so so sweet to me and listened to all of my concerns. Even though I feel like I asked her to pull a million dresses, she did it gladly and with a smile on her face! The dress I bought she actually picked out for me! Not only Brooke but the entire staff were so amazing and helpful. For example, if Brooke had stepped away, another staff member was running to help me. They all took pictures for me since I was by myself and would carry my dress if I needed help. I would suggest this place to everyone if I could. Also they give you a gift when you buy your dress! They’re so amazing! I’m so glad I came here and bought my dress from them!

There are definitely dresses for every price point! Great selection
No appointment need but you can make one if you coming with you party. Saturday are busy days but you will still be able to finding dresses to try on.

They had a sale section that was off the rack when I was looking. They also offered off the rack on the one weekend of the national bride sale in june or july.
As of 3/13/2021 masks were required to enter. 2 people per "party" (ie. Bride + 1 guest).
They only have bridal dresses and tuxedos in store but they have an online store with bridesmaids dresses, which could be used as a mother of the groom dress but they don't have particular dresses marketed as that
You can walk in without an appointment and they will help you find your dress....you just need to make appointments for fittings

I found my dress for alittle under $1,000! I didn't see anything priced more than $2,500!
