I'm not sure who you heard that their pricing is "very much above average", but that couldn't be farther from the truth. They are very reasonable on pricing and you won't beat the quality of the windows or the installation. I've dealt with Window World as well as many other big named companies in the area and I wouldn't hire anyone except Window World anymore. Their warranty is the best in the industry as well, and they are very quick to back that warranty up if need be. Get a few different quotes and you'll see what I mean. Beware of of other companies warranties as well, backing up your product on paper is one thing, but actually taking care of a warranty issue in a timely manner and without hassle is another. They are truly the easiest company in the Upstate to deal with. I guarantee you can't find a cheaper quote for the quality of their products, or the quality of their installers. They are by far the best in the business.

Generally, replacement windows can be installed typically 6-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
