very poor service all lies what a let down i was lied too drove my car an hour to go there told they would give me a good deal the car i wanted they marked up 15000 and i asked before i went there if the price was what is advertised and they agreed had my car and 20000 to buy new car and from there it was just lies and the guy asigned to me was just rude when i asked what they will give for my car i said what 5000 and the guy said maybe this is our next generation all young liars future let downs

I’ve never actually posted a review for any business but felt it was the only thing I could do after my experience here.Stay far far away from this dealership. If I knew what I know now I would have never stepped foot into this location. I had been looking for a 2015 Toyota Tacoma all summer before returning to college and found the truck I wanted listed at a great price. The salesmen were reasonable and understanding AT FIRST, but after I put my name on papers and cash in their hands they could care less about you. I purchased the truck on August 26th and confirmed with the salesmen multiple times that the vehicle is inspected and ready to go to Florida on August 28th. August 28th comes around and the trucks compressor goes and the A\C light starts flashing. At this point I have no A/C and am experiencing burning smells and abnormal grinding noises from under the hood. I called them and they stated they could not do anything since I was no longer in the state to bring it to the dealership for repairs. They also stated they could not do anything since it was not an issue that impaired driving. I was upset but understanding until I brought the truck to my mechanic in Florida. He calls and asks me if I brought a mechanic to check out the truck before purchasing it and told me the repair bill would be $3,000. 2 new front tires needed, new belts, hoses, etc. I called the dealership again where I was referred to the used car sales manager. I tried getting in touch for A WEEK. The salesman then calls me to address the problem and states the car was inspected and again ,there is nothing they could do since the car is in Florida. He asked if I spoke with the used car sales manager and I said how I’ve been trying to get in touch for days now. He says he will leave a message for the manager. 2 weeks later and no response. The customer service here is bottom tier. They do not care about their customers and will not help you if something goes wrong. This was the first car I’ve purchased and the experience I had with this dealership makes me fear ever having to purchase another. This place was great, Travis Rubino a sales representative...no.1. He even got some pizza for my wife and me...easy finance process and...they also have a lot of cars in stock, I been in this dealer in Long Island from Jersey.

Maybe good for shipping parts. That's about it!. The worst on long island. Look at there reviews. Horrible. Do your self a favor and shop other dealers. You will regret doing business here in the long term
