As if they "attempted". I was home all day. UPS doesn't take action or responsibility for their lazy employees who fake their "missed attempts". I wish I could choose carrier when buying. UPS would never be an option. They left behind an empty slip which doesn't have anything on it. I got text notification "we missed you" what about a text saying "we are here" or can you open the door please. Something like that. USP EMPLOYEES DO THIS ALL THE TIME AND GET AWAY WITH IT EVERY TIME.

I asked shipper to redirect package. I even offered to give them the address of the UPS Store near by. They said no, UPS would not allow that. So the package was stopped in route, 30 minutes from my home. NO notification, no nothing. I drove out & the were closed. Sign said will calls 7:30 - 8PM by appointment. Called UPS (4X) all they could say was they were open from 10AM - 2PM daily, could not verify will call appointment. I had to contact shipper to do anything else. WHY???? I AM THE CUSTOMER. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER ship by UPS again & I will specify no UPS shipments in the future. And oh yes, I am still waiting to receive that email to submit an evaluation.

Honestly UPS and FED EX. Are the worst in customer service, delivery, honest customer service help. Very aggravating to deal with, as if you owe the workers everything and the don’t have to answer to anything. Can’t complain to anyone because the workers are #1 not the customers. USPS can teach them a lot. At least you have someone that will admit to a mistake and correct it.

Was picking up 2 yard trucks, they were totally dead, a guy from shop ( don’t remember his name) was helping me out about 6 hours the get the truck on trailer
