Leo ws a very helpful salesperson and provided a lot of knowledge in products. He always was very interested in meeting the expectations I was looking for in terms of finding the perfect new vehicle for me. 12/10

The Service worker who met me as I drove up was very hospitable. She gave me the time estimated the work would be completed. And told me future work that needs my attention. In times like these I truly appreciate the smile and service. Also, the worker who drove my car to me was very hospitable as well. Thank you Nissan of Gardena.

Horrible experience!!!!!! My brother had an appointment with a sales team member Jasmine for a specific car advertised on their website. Keep in mind we saw the advertisement today and made the appointment same day. We had to pay for Uber to get to the dealership cause obviously we have no car. When we get there they tell us that the vehicle was sold awhile ago, clearly before my brother made the appointment. We where so angry they made us waste our time and money for false advertisement. Jasmine could have told my brother that the car we were looking for was sold but that they had other options, which would give us the option to keep the appointment. But no, she clearly wasted our time on purpose. I hate dishonest sales people and if they are dishonest so is the dealership. Don't do business with them!!!

I brought my car in for a 45k mile service. The pro was that my car was serviced fast. The con was the total costs. I was charged for a lot of parts (totaling $104.56) including an oil upgrade that I didn't request. Next time I will make sure I understand the makeup of the total costs . My Toyota dealership has two levels of service for my Toyota. One for minor service intervals ($88.95)and another for major service intervals ($159.95). I expected costs more in-line with that. My total bill was $277.11 so you don't come close.

I went there with a problem with my vehicle. I pulled up to the service area and sit there and nobody ever came to assist me, so I back up my vehicle and left. I beg for nobody to take my money.
