The burger I had was good. My wife's chicken sandwich was not good. We arrived a few minutes before 11. Couldn't order until the system changed over. The were very confused about what they had. I wanted onion rings but they were out of them. The sandwich My wife wanted they didn't have.. I asked if they had coke zero the lady said yes but they didn't have. So very unorganized. We won't go back!! Made a special effort to eat there but so disappointed!

So I work for Grubhub and went to pick up a order on 2/15/22 for my diner and I waited 40 minutes for my damn order and the restaurant wasn’t even busy… Just talked the whole 40 minutes that I wasted… I left and didn’t even get my order… (Felt sorry for the diner).. But this Hy-Vee Restaurant won’t ever see me again. If I could give this a zero star I would be pleased.

30 minutes wait to get onion rings. Need significant process improvement. Restaurant seems to be empty
