Pretty great for a small airport. Parking isn't terrible, and the staff for Allegiant was very nice and helpful. Even the TSA staff were pleasant!

I have to write this maybe for the wrong reasons but anyway, here I go. The airport is really nice, it's a small airport and according to the people here, it's never busy. As soon as you get off the plane, you walk straight to the street for ground transportation, it's pretty easy, again, it's a small airport. The airport is really clean and I really have no complaints. My only observation is about the transportation from the airport to anywhere you're going. For whatever reason Uber and Lyft take a long time to pick you up if you're lucky to find one. I didn't see a cab service or other way to get out of here, so if you don't rent a car is going to take a while to get wherever you have to go. This is probably due to the fact that Peoria is a very small town but I thought of mentioning here in case it's useful for anyone coming.

Extremely inefficient airport. Half the terminals can’t accept an Allegiant plane. Must have piper cubs using them. Our flight has been moved twice and now can’t get into a terminal due to a defunct plane sitting there all night. Seriously. Could they not have moved it last night? Then the desk tells us our plane won’t fit in any if the other spaces. What a dog and pony show. Wayne Downing would be proud.

Small and simple. Very easy to maneuver and find where you need to be. Not many people either. This tiny airport deserves more recognition for its services to the local community. It makes traveling easier and offers a great opportunity for work in other parts of the nation. I wish I could have seen this particular port in its prime! My only problem came from staff. It wasn't a huge deal breaker but I had called ahead of time requesting more information on required documents for child passengers and I was told I didn't need anything for them but apon arrival had to scramble getting documents for the kids. I have never traveled with children before and wasn't fully aware of requirements hence why I called for their policy. To have a phone staff member tell me not to bring anything only to have a panic at the gate because I actually did need some just really started the trip off with anxiety. Despite that though we boarded the plane and was on our way. Very thankful to have such an important asset in this city.

There are several rental car desks right by baggage claim.
Looks like 4:30 a.m.
I'm sure airport ops is out plowing the best they can! Find one of those guys in a yellow truck and they should be able to help you!
I drive a taxi, do you need a ride
I heard that July 8th was the last day. I would contact Delta directly.
Unfortunately there is not.
They can deliver if it arrives on another flight
It is about a 40 minute plane ride generally from peoria arirport to o'hare airport.
Dont think so anymore...
Not sure about car rental agencies, you might need to call them or send email. But the Airport is small in size.
No. Not unless you have another state issued ID or passport.
Depends on the airline. Look at loungebuddy.com and it should answer your questions
As far as I know .... no domestic travel bans have been issued
On Fridays with allegiant
1 1/2 to 2 hours before departure is best
no
There isn't a set limit that I know of and they don't meter the entrances so there is almost no way to tell how long a car has been there.
American Airlines has daily flights to DFW. I'm sure you could get to Beaumont from there.
Only with a gate pass from the airline
There are 3 airlines that make that trip. They are United, American, and Delta. You could check any of their websites for pricing.
Yes.
The parking lot is well lit, and there are some security cameras, but I wouldn't necessarily call it secure. I have not heard of any real issues in the lot.
There was Just 1 In the Gates to the right. It had about 5 Sandwiches and a Few Hot Dogs. Dont Expect Ruths chris
There are shuttle bus shelters all around for you to catch the bus there's a button to let them know where you are
Yes, multiple flights every day.
Yes, call for certainty.
if you lost them at airport you can talk to TSA to see if they have then, or airport operations. Both have a lost and found.
www.flypia.com
Call Allegiant to add one or they will have one available at the airport
Be sure to visit the local watering hole on the secure side. The bartenders are very good.
No, there is no curbaibe service
Most airlines do. The fees vary by airline as do the types of pets.
Enter parking lot just east of the main terminal. Turn right off of main road. If you have gone past old terminal with the tower, then you've gone to far.
I would think so
Yes
No. You will need to have a good credit card or bank debit card and get US funds from an ATM (automatic teller machine) at the airport or at CEFCU bank about 1 km out the exit road. Other ATM's are everywhere.
The lobby is pretty much open 24 hours.
I gave it 1:15 and was fine, mid afternoon on a weekday.
You generally don't have to weigh your carry on as long as it's a reasonable size, such as a handbag, backpack, purse, etc.
Call the airline you got your tix through
Yes, cabs and rental cars are both available at the airport
They always open early enough for you to catch the flight. Remember it's just Peoria. I usually get there about an hour before my flight.
There are pickup points throughout the parking lot. Small bus shelters
I can't remember the last time I saw lockers in an airport.
There's kiosks too.
I believe so
I would be there at least by 5:30 am. TSA snd the alirline will still quote you 2 hours before the flight but security will be very fast at that early in the morning.
Same as short term parking, FREE
Allegiant Air
Yes
FREE
Yes. But no direct flights. All flights to Asheville NC have at least 1 stop.
They want to keep the planes as full as possible to keep prices low and profits high and it would not be financially responsible to add more flights.
