My wife and I was there today and purchased a Polk sound bar. We were helped by the nicest young lady named Tasha! I will tell you Tasha is GREAT! Best Buy is lucky to have her. She came to us and asked if we needed help, which is rare these days. There were two other young men who worked there and one came up and picked up the sound bar and jokingly said "Thanks for buying this for me". He was going to carry it out for us. I didn't get these young men's name but they were so nice! I bought a POLK soundbar with subwoofer and it was easy to hook up and WOW it is fantastic! It was on sale for $149.00. I give it it 5 stars to!! Tasha thanks for your help and thank your 2 fellow employees also. It was a great to receive this Great customer service this day and age. I recommend anyone looking to make an electronic purchase to go see Tasha or one of her fellow employees. You won't regret it.

Had an expensive eliptical machine delivered and they gouged the heck out of our hardwood floors. The guy apologized and promised someone would be contacting us to repair the damage they did. Then they ghosted us, gave us the run around, didn't care. So now I'll have to pay to repair the damage they did. They couldn't possibly care less. We've bought numerous computers, tvs, stereo equipment, washer and drier from them, literally thousands of dollars. But they don't care, so I will never use them again.

Great in stock selection of smart home products. The guy from the home appliances department helped me find what I needed in the smart home devices department very quickly. He wasn't even "supposed to be working in that area" but still was very helpful. Thanks best buy.

They make a box that you can use to stay on the same input but switch devices. A y cable would not work because it's still a single input. Or just buy a cheap receiver.

When you order it online you have the option to pick it or have it delivered. If you buy it in the store, you have the option to have it delivered too.

Try geek squad or a tech specialist. I'm sure busy buy will get you a replacement but not fix .
They will recycle any technology that doesn't have a screen anyday. You just bring it to front door and they will take it. Tv and monitors they do not do anymore. They may have a recycle event in the future but no date for that available at this time.
