Free mulch! Advise people call on the day you plan to get it to make sure they're having no equipment issues but you can't beat free! Generally available for pickup 9-12 and 1-4 Mon-Sat.

If you have prof of adress you go to town hall and they give you stickers ..... and yes you can dump anything.... some things like tires do cost though
