I have gone through a process of adoption that has taken over a month and it was well worth it. The dog that I was in the process of adopting was found to have a serious medical condition. The management and staff swung into action with vets, testing, medications, more vets, more testing, more medications and finally a trip to a specialist. All of this was NOT done for me but for the dog that was still in their care. I was kept informed of every move, every step of the way. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PET TO SHARE LIFE WITH, LOOK NO FURTHER. My case only illustrates the dedication to the animals in their care that these professionals have. GOD bless each and every one of them.

I called on a day they were open and asked if I could come check for my cat, who is missing. She offered to let me come on a day I was off, even though they were closed. When I got there, I was greeted at the gate by the fellow I was told to ask for. He took me to look at every cat there. They were so very nice and helpful. What a great bunch of friendly smiling staff I met that day.

It has been a year since we adopted our kitty from them. She is so healthy and was clearly cared for to the best of their ability. They keep amazing logs of all their shots and medicine while they are there, by far more than any other shelter I have seen. They are small, understaffed, and underpaid, but they do everything they can for these animals

Be kind , animals dont have a voice but you do
Hey. My name is Sarah, and I work with the shelter. I know he had been surrendered by the original owner, then adopted out and returned by a lady who had adopted him. Then went to a rescue. He was heartworm negative, and received vaccines. Was kinda shy at first, but he was a really sweet boy. I absolutely loved him.
Call them an they send a guy that says they can rent you a trap. You have to do thier job. Usless. I am disabled an cant run down a dog. As I said. They came out. They want me to rent a trap. To do the job that taxes pay them fo do. Oh and they want you to pay for them taking the dog. No longer serves the public.
Is it in a road way?
They will probably send an animal control officer
