I went through the Drive Through to get Breakfast and I have to say that when the Lady came to the Window and took My card I have never been so Sick to My stomach when I seen Her Grossly Long Dirty Finger Nails. For someone working in a Food Industry they should not be allowed to have those Nails like that, and to top it off that really Made Me sick She Told Me She was cooking because Her Cook went Home Sick. I can't get passed the vision of those disgusting Nails touching My Food. I literally just got back to My Office and what a waste of Money, but threw the Food away. YUCK!!! Management needs to get involved with this and Have Her do something with those things if She is going to cook.

I decided to eat at Burger King today since it has been a long time and the smell of the flame broiled grill outside of the restaurant drew me inside. I originally ordered the Whopper Melt. I couldn't tell what was actually on the sandwich but thought it would be the same but instead on sourdough bread. When I got my meal, the medium fries were not even full. I requested the manager to fill it and he did cheerfully. When I say down to eat, the Melt wasn't what I expected for being the regular Whopper. The manager explained what I received and I expressed that I thought it would be like a normal Whopper. He asked if I wanted to exchange it for a new one. I said to make it like the Whopper. He actually gave me a Whopper Sandwich instead of being made like the Melt but on sourdough. I wasn't going to complain since he gave me a Whopper Burger and I was satisfied with the exchange. I asked if the exhaust hood system was working correctly since it was smokey in the restaurant. He chuckled and said that everything was OK. I told him you wouldn't have smoke lingering in the air if it was working correctly. I work in food service as a multi unit operations manager and this issue with the hood system is caused by a few things. One is that the hoods haven't been maintained and there is grease buildup preventing the proper airflow. Another cause would be that one or several motors operating the hoods are not working and/or is working at half it's normal capacity. In either case, this should be addressed immediately or a fire could develop. Also, breathing in this smoke and vapors is not healthy to the staff.

I placed a larger order and, despite their team being understaffed, they did a great job. Food was fresh and correct. It's sad to see how harsh some people are acting through a difficult time. Every business is struggling with staffing. Let's all take a deep breath and have some patience. I could tell the staff at this location was working short and overwhelmed and I had no problem waiting patiently and thanking them for a job well done. You guys made a group of kids very happy with a yummy meal! Thank you again!

**Update: just figured out how to upload a photo for proof of the expired milk. Took the kids to Burger King for dinner tonight (1/9/21) and ordered two kids meals (one 4 pc. nugget & one 6 pc. nugget), after paying we were told that the nuggets were not ready so we had to pull around to the front and wait. The wait wasn’t terrible but with hungry kids asking where their food was didn’t help. Once we got the food home we noticed the kids 6 piece nugget only came with 5 and both of kids said the milk tasted weird so we looked at the bottles, only to see, we were given expired milk. Super disappointed!
