Called to get a quote for a kitchen floor installation, office personnel said lead installer would call to set up. Waited four days with no call. Tried again and they said wait another week for phone call. It's been two weeks now with no call. They apparently don't want my money, so I will take it elsewhere. *EDIT* I understand the current socio-economic situation, but phone calls are cheap and quick. I don't mind waiting a couple of months for the job to be started because of the current problems with our society, but when no effort is made whatsoever to contact a customer, it shows where the priorities are.
