If you can’t open before 4:00 pm. Then UPS should provide what ever the drop off places need to print out a label. Especially when UPS is sending something that needs to be scanned in order to get a label. Very upset customer.

I needed to return a package to Amazon a couple weeks ago. I work in the evenings 4pm-2am. It's upsetting that customer service here is only available in the evening hours.

The people that work in the drop off area are very helpful. I just wish they were open more than two hours a day, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Yes they even have a drop off box for smaller packages (not sure of the exact dimensions) outside the entrance which is there and available 24/7.
Yes you have to go online to schedule the pickup
That location is only open from 4-6pm but if it's a small ready to go package with label there is a drop box. There is also an authorized UPS shipping location right down the street with a bigger span of available hours.
