No refunds are made for early returns or late pick-ups.

Rental vehicles are due at Noon (12:00 PM) on the return date. A fee of $25 per hour will be charged for each hour that the motorhome rental is late. Please notify RV Rental of Sanford if you will be returning the motor home rental late.

When renting an RV, gas mileage depends upon the size of the motorhome rental and the driving conditions. Generally, you should expect 10 to 12 miles per gallon.

You may cancel your RV rental reservation up to 14 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date and be refunded your reservation down payment (deposit). With less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your reservation deposit.

Included in the daily rental fee, you are granted 100 free miles of travel per day. After the free miles are used, the next 100 miles are charged at $0.30 per mile and $0.70 per mile thereafter.

Pets are welcome in select RV rental units that designated for pet use. Taking a pet in your RV rental requires that you pay a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee to ensure that the rental unit is clean and ready for the next rental customer.

An RV rental includes 8 free hours of generator usage per rental day. After the free hours, generator usage charges are $5 per hour. You can save on this expense by staying or camping at locations that offer electrical hookups, and by turning off the generator when you are not inside the RV rental.
