Very poor service! I regretfully visited this shop for a simple safety inspection. What did I get? Well, I was told at check-out by a Lady who did not check me in, that I failed inspection. The guy who spoke to me and checked me in, took the vehicle to the back for inspection. No one ever come out and tried to show me a problem or did not even bother to sell me the job. I found out about it after leaving; Which was a piece of paper left in my Window of how I need $ 1,300.00 worth of Ball joint work. No one discussed a thing with me. Failed the inspection. Well, it’s been drove maybe 300 miles since last inspection. It passed then and it has passed now!! Truck drives like a new one!. I have been around Automotive shops by the 100’s in NC. My prior work involved catering to mechanics and shops, and NEVER does a reputable shop fail a inspection without talking with the customer. If work needs done then customer is shown and/or talked with about necessary fix. Then go from there! I had heard some not so good stories about Sellers but it’s so close by and it was only a safety inspection. I am among the growing list of people I know that will never be going back to this shop.
