My dog surprisingly did not behave the best, actually did not behave at all upon entering. There was a dog behind the counter and kittens in cages. He's never had to deal with that before when going to the vet, so that was definitely something new for him. His is something he has never done and they seemed hesitant with him. Which I understand, as he was just barking non-stop and did not want to go to anybody. He never growled or anything like that just barking constantly. However, they were able to take him to the back, after I had to put a muzzle on him, and get his nails trimmed. The vet came out and greeted me afterwards with him and he was acting perfectly fine. He was still a little hesitant, but he was not barking up a storm like he was before going back. She gave me a few tips and pointers to help his behavior, as I've never had a dog behave that way. It did sound like they would see him again by the end of the visit and hopefully they will. We will see how it goes. I was having to switch to a new vet, because my other one passed away so this was the new one I chose thinking a small one doctor vet would be the way to go as that's what my dog was used to.

No matter when my grandmother calls she gets put on hold and Carolina veterinary will not come back to the phone afteryou'vebeenput on hold. If u call back they take the phone off of the hook so u can't call, and all we're trying to do is make an appointment. People shouldn't be handled like that. Terrible service.
