I have been a customer with the morganton store over the past 15 years. The current store manager Matt is one of the best the store has had over the yeas. He goes out of his way to help his customers. Although people have hardships he does wha he can to ensure his customers are taken care of. He his always open minded to new ideas to help his stores growth. Thanks Matt and associates for being such a great example of management and customer service care. So many store associates these days have forgotten what customer service means .. keep up the great work. I know not all customers are ideal but you have a humble and genuine caring attitude.I know your store will continue to be blessed.

Matt should not be in the sales industry. I've worked with Matt for many years now, and is not respectful by any means. Always has something smart and very rude to say. God forbid you call and make a complaint, cause they will just hang up. Prices are terrible. Communication is horrible. No organization. Constant lies and gossip. Complete disregard for any kind of respect. This store should not have Matt as a manager.

These guys are really the best in this business. Matt is wonderful, still getting acquainted with Griffin. I did try another rental place and was very disappointed told them to come and get their product, Best Way is the best way for me.
