DONT LEASE HERE there’s hundreds of furniture stores that you can lease from that would be grateful to take your hard earned money don’t give it to this place. Me and my girlfriend have been leasing from this BESTWAY since april and we are set up for weekly charges. We missed one payment and still planned to pay it within the week. The service representatives at the front are RUDE literally the whole purpose of your job is to service the customer as best as possible but I was hung up on and told that this is not a Walmart the customer is not always right. This was done to me AFTER telling them that I would not only pay my previous missed payments but also the next weeks payment. Like I said there are a lot of furniture stores I can lease from, and like you I want to feel comfort knowing the store you choose actually values you as a customer. THIS IS NOT THAT. I paid my payments just to make sure I have furniture for now but they won’t get another dime out of me. I just wanted to help warn anyone else in advance

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I am 2 DAYS late on a payment and they issued a warrant for my arrest !!! I didn’t even know they could do that I’ve never heard of such thing nor do I see it in my agreement paperwork !!! My previous payment, I paid 2 months in advanced for April and May, my payment is due on the 15th, today is the 17th of June and I was arrested earlier for “failure to return property” but they’ve never tried contacting me, they didn’t try coming to pick it up or nothing !! It’s only been 2 days !! I called the store and asked them to come pick up, and the lady hung up on me and then when I called back she was very ignorant!!

There rude and and do not treat there customers like people they treat them like there nothing I wouldn’t go here I would go to rent a center there way nicer Joey talks to customers like there dogs I took my business to rent a center and got the same 4 items for way cheaper and better name brands and Quantity
