Horrible customer service. First I get a call stating they are out of pepperoni (gasps) and I allowed a replacement. Now my order arrives and is missing items and I call the manager who tells me to contact Door Dash though I did NOT place my order thru Door Dash. Was then informed they dont have any delivery people so they contacted Door Dash. But you want me to call Door Dash and complain or request a refund? the audacity and incompetency of these people. I'll never order from this location EVER AGAIN!!! horrible customer service !!!

Placed a order online however someone from DoorDash was going to deliver my food. Waited 2 hours before contacting the store they put me on hold for 15 mins. I called back they hung up. The third time the manager got on the phone and told me there’s nothing she can do once it’s put through DoorDash. Won’t be ordering again

The last time I ordered a pizza here it took over 4 hours to have it delivered. I wanted to pick it up but they said I couldn't, that pickup was already closed. This time I called the pizza in to be picked up. They told me it would be 50 minutes. So I got there in 45 minutes. The girl told me it wasn't ready yet. She said you want me to cancel it or to continue? I assumed it was just going to be a few minutes so I told her to continue. I've now been waiting 30 more minutes and it's still not ready. Which means they didn't even start on it until I walked in the door. 80 minutes after I place the order I finally have the pizza. I will never be back to this Pizza Hut again as long as I live. I could have got it quicker if I had it shipped from Italy.

Terrible experience I ordered my pizza online said it was going to be finished within 25 minutes. Made it there in 30 minutes they said it was going to take another 30 minutes I just went on and canceled my order and went to the best location in Bartlett they had my pizza done within 15 minutes the quince location need proper training
