I waited for the doctor for 90 minutes, undresses and freezing in the room. When the nurse came and gave me the flu shot, she did not wear gloves. She prepared everything, touched the trash can with her hands, and then touched me and gave me the flu shot. This place is absolutely disgusting.

THE Dr.WAS VERY KIND, HUMBLE AND MOST OF ALL VERY CARING.I LOVE DRS.LIKE THAT.THANK YOU SO MUCH... I'VE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE IT OPENED A COUPLE YRS AGO,I LOVE IT. THEIRS HOSPITALITY IS KIND, FRIENDLY CARING AND LOVING DRS AND THE LADIES AT THE LAB AS WELL ARE TRULY AMAZING SO CARING I APPRECIATE EVERYONE THERE MAY GOD BLESS THEIR HEARTS, MIND AND SOUL 💕.

This is directed for lab: apart from being yelled at from the receptionist mask police the clinic is professional. Thankfully Erica Shanks my Nurse Practioner is professional and spot on. The lab is another story in itself. I work over 60 hrs a week , had to take time off for labs, drive 45 mins in the rain and traffic only to arrive at the lab window by a rude and disrespectful obviously new and horrific customer service skills. After attempting to hand over my info I was told I needed to make an appointment, I explained I was told I did not need to make an appointment, filled out my name on the list, and was rudely told to sit down 3 times in 15 secs while I was reading my lab order form to see if she was correct, she was not. Meanwhile, I'm the only one in line. Furthermore, we are forced/policed to wear mask and if denying this potentially not being seen at all and if you peek through the plexi glass at the counter you can see 4 techs standing at a cart mask less laughing and cutting up. The positives: Erica Shanks helped me be seen and the woman that actually did the blood withdrawal was very sweet. Look it up
