I have lived here for over five years. Since Blue Roc Property Management took over in April 2018, I don’t see how there can be any complaints. Maintenance always makes repairs or replacements promptly. I had a faulty dryer at one time. Maintenance replaced it with a new one within a couple of days. Another time I had a wobbly fan that was fixed the same day. Further, with after hour maintenance emergencies, one can always expect a call back within fifteen minutes. One evening I did not have hot water. Maintenance showed up within an hour to fix the problem. The pool is always pristine, the exercise room is always above par, and there is always someone in the office picking up the phone during daytime hours. Finally, in the warm months management host an open Mic the second Tuesday of the month by the pool with a food truck at the event.

This place is great to me. Wanda and Rosa has helped me out big time, they are understanding and willing to go the extra mile to make their residents happy. Great job ladies. Thank you !

Today maintenance came to my apartment and my mothers ac was leaking. They looked at the problem made a impudent comment such as " oh, I thought there was more water" which means they didn't care unless my apartment was flooding. Which is insanely unprofessional.

If I were asked in this moment what I thought of residing at Park of Milazzo, I would say that I do enjoy the quietness, the well maintained grounds and overall friendly neighbors that PM represents. But overall, I am most grateful and appreciative with how helpful and attentive the staff is. Issues have always been resolved in a very professional and timely manner. The new property manager Vicki Anderson is charming and I am pleasantly surprised by the improvements that PM has been making since her arrival. It has been a pleasure to deal with the "old fashioned" customer service that Vicki provides and she has brought much needed change.
