My sale men Frank was great and the best part he listen to my needs and what I was looking for and he got me a great deal. My last visit to Benzel Busch was great they fixed the issue I had with my GLs450 I like the they kept the car till they fix my issue they did such a great job that my 2017GLs 450 feels and runs like a new car . I give them 10 out 10 star for service and for keeping me up to date as they were working on my car. I will always go back to service my car at Benzel Busch because they care for my car as if it was there own.

Please think twice before having any dealings with the Benzel Busch of Englewood dealership!! Bought a $200,000 car and getting treated like a bum 2 weeks later when they ruined my car with a TERRIBLE protective wrap service that costed $7k after taxes!!!! Please do not fall victim like I did.. they are SUPER nice when selling you but absolutely SCUMMY when they do not deliver for services you paid for!! Please adhere to my warning... spoke to many others that feel the same about this dealership.. Go elsewhere!!!!
