I had an excellent experience at Subaru of Englewood. The team (specifically John and Greg) went above and beyond to get me into my new Crosstrek. Due to reasons outside the control of the team it took a while for my car to come in, and in spite of that, this was still the best experience I’ve ever had leasing a car. 12/10 would recommend this team and dealership. I’m truly hoping I can crash the team holiday party!

After multiple failed attempts to place a factory order at other dealerships, I was ready to just mark Subaru of Englewood off as another loss before even going there. However, after working with Michael for a couple of hours, the order was placed and everything was ready to go. My boyfriend and I were at our wits end and he managed to get everything done in one day. Michael was respectful, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Our order even came in quicker than expected! Best of all, they do not believe in upcharging their customers unlike other dealerships who were upcharging over $6000. I highly recommend working with Michael at Subaru of Englewood, you will not be disappointed.

Katy was incredibly patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted to purchase. After going back and forth with a number of different options she was able to offer just the right car at the right price. One of the gentlemen from Subaru was very generous with his time taking me to a parking lot to give me a lesson in driving manual, as it had been a very long time since I had driven one. He helped me feel at ease driving the car off the lot that day. I had trouble finding insurance at first because of complications out of our control but was finally able to find an insurance that was within my budget with Katy’s assistance. Thank you Katy!
