Looking for 3 month lease and spoke with a young lady in the office on either Thursday or Friday of last week. Was told that there was currently a 2 and 3 bedroom available to rent for that term and it was $1,600 and some change for 2 bedroom and $1,900 and some change for 3 bedroom. Stopped in today considering to go ahead and submit application and put down a deposit and was told it would be $4600 and some change PER MONTH. Would not recommend dealing with this complex!
