Service is good. No complaints with service. However it’s not worth the hassle of Being manipulated to spend more money. Example: I came here to get the Brazilian wax for the first time. After receiving the Brazilian wax she told me that she was about to Put a mask down there to keep me from getting bumps. I thought this was part of the procedure. She also told me that she would give me some cream to take with me to make sure that I used some the day after. Again I assume these were little packs that they give you to take with you as part of the procedure. However when I get to the counter to check out I realize that I was paying almost 3 times more than expected. And I asked her why She said with a mask which felt like lotion she was rubbing on me was an additional $20 and the cream was $37. She manipulated me to get my eyebrows tinted and I have micro blading didn’t think I needed it, But she claimed that I said earlier that I told her that I was getting tint, This is a great sales tactic however it is manipulation non-the less they should simply sell their services and allow me the opportunity to purchase. Therefore I will not be coming back to do business.

I live 5 min. away from this business, so I am a frequent customer. I have used their eyebrow wax service and have been highly pleased with them until recently. They caused me complete trauma and low self esteem due to their lack of competence. I am now under the impression that they hire family/friends that aren't licensed estheticians, so BEWARE. I received a facial after an eyebrow wax service. The "esthetician" used an exfoliating product on my freshly waxed skin which caused extreme abrasions to that area. It looked liked someone slashed my face with a razor. When I confronted the "esthetician" she along with other staff acted ignorant and lied to me about using a gritty/EXFOLIATING product and attempted to pacify me by offering a free sample product to "alleviate" the pain of my traumatized skin. After instantly declining their poor offer I demanded a refund, which they reluctantly refunded. I give them a -10. Extremely poor service. There are better spa and salon services in the area. Be MINDFUL and AVOID Arch2Arch.

The lady I had kept trying to promote the other services. She hurt really bad told me skin was dry. Lie she wanted me to get another package which was a facial. My skin was not dry! Her name was ava or something. I don't want her anymore.. rude while workingonmyeyebrows!.

If I could give a high score for kindness I'd absolutely give it but for first time eyelashes I was expecting a bare minimum of skill being a speciality shop...this is what I received and you be the judge. $33 dollars individuals
