I have a dog named Tippy and I have been taking him 45 minutes away from my house twice a week to go to a dog park in Greensboro. I live near the Rowan County line and I discovered that these guys have really worked hard on making a totally awesome dog park!! I couldn't believe how nice it was to only drive a half mile to the nicest dog park I've ever been to. There's several walking trails on flat land so it's not like hiking. Dogs love to explore nature and these trails are actually historical as well. Anyone who is looking for a new adventure and new routine for your dog, you have to come check this out!! It's actually got a campground right on the Yadkin River. Not just for dogs but definitely awesome for the whole family. If I could give 10 stars , I definitely would!

Depending on where at and who's property you must cross to get there. I always camped in the wildlife area but knew the property owners near by. They would even let me park my car and drove us down there on their 4 wheelers.
