We've given the new teller machines enough time. Currently looking to leave though. When we first signed up with the bank we absolutely loved it. The people were so friendly and helpful. Now however, it's nearly impossible to get a person to talk to. My husband tried all weekend to deposit his check and kept getting "cannot deposit check at this time. No tellers available." Several times we have tried to take cash out and the machine was just out of money, causing us to drive around again to get to the ONLY other ATM. This weekend however, we ran into the same issue- can't withdraw because no teller is available. I know we aren't the only family that misses real people, and readily available assistance.

I have to go to this bank to deposit my monthly rent into my landlords account. Now there are no tellers in bank, just machines. What a joke this place is. Maybe they should just close completely.

Inside is atm only no teller, if I wanted an atm I would use the drivethru. Highly suggest just going to the one in Fitchburg
