Don’t miss it if you want see how the large family of a wealthy merchant lived in the mid 1800’s. All furnishings are original & intact. Even their garden was delightful. It is stunning.

Did the guided tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was very interesting if you want to get a feel for how people lived in the 19th century

Great museum, well preserved. The guided tour can be a little shorter, specially during summer hot days.

They desperately need every dollar they can get. This piece of history needs to be saved. Crowd funding wouldnt hurt in my opinion.

$15 general admission $10 student and senior( 65 years and up)
The place seemed extremely well lived even now. That may be because the staff who run the museum, have made it very homely for them !
