They are the best so far. Nice people customer service is one of the best in the area if ya ask me.

They most likely are not going to send you the boxes to ship the equipment back. But I would call the main office and explain to them your problem, they should give you the information to take care of this problem for you. You can also go www.windstream.com/support or call 1-800-347-1991 good luck.
Hey Michelle: in some dsl markets you can do this, but most of the Lexington area this store covers is a Cable market, so you'd have to place an order and set up an installation date. Def go into the office to set up your service though, you'll have th best experience that way instead of calling or doing it online.

There is nothing to worry about with the Chapter 11. Nothing will be changing - business will be running as usual; TV will be the same as well. Honestly, that letter is 90% false. Only thing true about it is that Windstream filled Chapter 11.
They answer the phone whenever they can. Usually they have customers in front of them - when they do they cannot answer the phone. If there's not a customer in front of them, they are usually helping technicians with orders or returning calls.
Dunno about Windstream's website, but Google reflects their proper hours. They haven't been open on Saturdays in about 4 years. You may occasionally see retail reps working there on Saturday's doing training or making up snow days however.
