Such a lovely experience at this new location! From the moment I walked in, I was promptly helped and I learned so much thanks to the fellas working there. The manager of the store Drake and associate Rob were incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. Can’t recommend this location and these two enough!

The worst and even coming in with the ONLY INSURANCE THEY TAKE … the Dr. Maria yes DOCTOR .. NOT only did she have wicked bad attitude because I knew what my insurance covered … she had the nerve to say my contact were not cover under the ONLY PLAN they accept , wait how does my VISION plan that you guys do in fact take not cover the main reason anyone gets insurance for contacts or glasses me more contacts … that was BEYOND ME … Then after the DOCTOR confirm “OH YESSS IT DOES COVER CONTACTS “ she still felt the need to MILK ME FOR MONEY … so my insurance covered my eye exam with a $10 copay they give me an allowance for contacts of $150 && they Im covered for my eye contact FITTING with a copay of $80 … SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY .. IF YOU NEED TO BE TAUGHT o. How to use or insert you contacts because it’s your first time you need to PAY ON TOP OF COPAYS .. an EXTRA $150 yes an EXTRA $150 to be taught how to INSERT CONTACTS yes INSERT contacts she said insurance doesn’t cover for the teaching of putting in contacts !!! WAIT WHATTT , this was where I felt discriminated because I brought my insurance and because I knew my insurance she did not like that she had to bill insurance y’all .. I mean if it wasn’t my insurance then my other thinking is because I was the only HISPANIC lookin girl in there who knew what she was talking about and not ready to dish money because someone wants to milk me … gosh idk but that experience HORRIBLE , DR HAS NO BED SIDE MANNER AT ALL !! ATTITUDE the minute I said I have UNITED HEALTH CARE SPECTRA !! Oh and I ended up not leaving with any contacts because I couldn’t put them in and REFUSED to pay for something my insurance didn’t cover nope it didn’t sound right sounded ilegal … you should bill all service to my insurance especially if y’all are IN NETWORK … they choose what to bill and tell member “ they can’t bill insurance” sad sad sad … next call is SPECTRA

I had an eye exam performed at the Providence location. It says on the website that eye exams include dilation, but they did not perform eye dilation during the examination.
