I seriously don't understand! My refund has still not been processed! I check everyday...nothing! Then alllll of a sudden a message says please call use this 800 number and use this b.s.3 digit number! Ok...IRS Ill fall for it! Well ive been calling at all hours of the day and simply get auto messages telling me to go online ( which just said I need to call) or to busy call back the next business day and hangs up on you! So now what? Its been months and I understand ya'll being busy but seriously how do I stop/get out of this insane circle jerk and just get return? Loans sharks get paid interest for late payments...sooo why cant I?

Been waiting since 3-1/22 for a refund. Sent back requested info on 6/13/22. Now 7 weeks later and no refund or answer on status and can never get thru by phone . If I owed money you be down my back looking for your money. You guys are a disgrace and a joke

First of all I had a issue and needed a transcript for division of taxation so I called the irs took me 6 weeks to finally reach someone at irs waited on hold for almost 2 hours 2 days in a row the 2 people I spoke to were not helpful at all called back a 3rd day and got a wonderful person that was so helpful and solve the issue immediately so thankful to you miss Colman you are the best...

If I could give one star I would 55 minutes on the phone and she answers and says I can’t give you an appointment because it’s not on my system… in this is a direct line to the place ..what a joke ..But when they want your money they answer that phone and take your credit card in two seconds.

Yes you can get the 1040 documents here. But it would be more convenient for yourself to get them from IRS.gov website if you have access to a computer and printer with an internet connection.
I called the Warwick irs office and was able to get thru to an actual person in about 15 minutes on the first try. I tried others for days only to get an automatic response to call back later.

Hi Cheryl, Many people are experiencing the same issue, myself included. We visited this office to try and get some answers. There was only security there to let us know that the office is closed and things are on a back flow. We were told all we can do is wait. It's not the best update but I hope it helps!

You should have gotten that address from your tax rep
You keep them until you can’t find them again, tax returns are utilized in many things. Better to have them on you than rely on the IRS to print them out for you.
