I brought my 25 year old Kitchenaid stand mixer to Jeff at Marshall electric and 1 week later it was like brand new! I had "tried" to fix myself via Youtube..epic failure. Kitchenaid customer recommended Marshall Electric as the shipping to Kitchenaid would be very expensive! all in all it cost me $88.00! very pleased with customer service! also got a call with price first before fixing it....HIghly recommened Marshall Electric!

Had a bad experience with them a couple years ago, pricey bill with no work performed had to fix it myself but I did not give a bad review until now. They're the service company for blodgett and will not come service the oven because I expressed my disappointment with the service I received on the tech visit a couple years ago. I will have to do business with a Massachusetts or Connecticut company.

Sorry we no longer carry Presto pressure cooker parts. I recommend that you go online to their web site or call their toll-free number and they may be able to take your order and ship it to you directly.
Yes we do. You can bring in the mixer any day between the hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Please park and enter in the back of the building which is on Conduit Street. We ask for a $48 deposit at the time you leave the mixer. Our technician will inspect the unit and we will contact you with a repair quote if the mixer repair is going to be more than $125.00. If it is $125.00 or less we will repair it and contact you when it's ready. The $48 deposit is applied to the total repair cost. You pay the balance when you pick up the ready item.
