It was good they can smile a little more but other than that is was good I asked for extra whipped cream and they were the first to actually do it I loved it.

Get these girls a raise!!! They're customer service was beyond on point! When something happened the manager made it a teaching moment and was patient enough to answer questions about products, procedures and processes. The place was impeccably clean and super organized. I've never been to a better Dunkin location and this one was WAY understaffed. I'm amazed. This should be the standard. It was beautiful to be a part of.

I used to go daily but I don’t go at all anymore. The picture with orange stickers is from July 3 (it had been up for about 2 weeks). Second picture is from July 17. So it’s been around a month of this, and it’s why we won’t go back.

One girl was digging through her very dirty hair when we walked in then under her shirt multiple times. It was disturbing. The other staff were friendly working in a frenzy to make our drinks (hence the 3rd star) but the Cold Brew popped half way through my pour and they didn't have any more. I strongly suggest some management attention.
