I washed my clothes great. But when I dried my clothes I had at first put my clothes in one dryer for 99 minutes. When I got back to check my clothes they were all still very wet so I separated them into 2 separate dryers. I set both dryers for another hour. I came back and only one dryer of my cloths was finished so then I again set the unfinished dryer for another hour. When I returned my clothes were still completely soaked and very wet. I know I pressed the hot button so it should have worked. I feel as if someone may have shifted my clothes while I was gone and used my time or either the dryer just didn't work at all. I got so frustrated I took my laundry back to the hotel after spending nearly 30$ on my 2 loads of laundry just to still have to hang the up everywhere around the room just to dry. It was not a good experience. Would like my money back.

I can't get my clothes to quit washing. No number to call or anything. So what can i do? Its really messed up. They have been washing for an hour or more.It is not uncommon to get the laundromat in Livonia Georgia confused with another laundry mat in Royston Georgia. We believe that that is what has happened in this incident.The laundromat in Livonia Georgia has no affiliation with the laundry and Royston Georgia.

Always clean and friendly but it is almost cheaper to buy your own washer and dryer price is going upThanks for your feedback. Unfortunately our prices have went up recently. The reason for our increase in prices are increasing utility bills. We also are experiencing higher cost for parts to keep the machines working perfectly. Thanks for using, super clean coin laundry
