Warning , this is a pet friendly property. The property is nice, but my last experience was dissapointing. Very strong smell of pet urine in carpet.

Close to I85 and plenty of restaurants. We were visiting family in Toccoa, and this was the perfect distance and ease of access to there house.

If you a hot sleeper don’t book this property there are temperature controls and occupancy detectors on room thermostats, the HVAC unit would shut off every night when I was in the bed when there was no movement in the room. I woke up hot and sweaty every night of my stay the Holliday inn express across the street has equal amenities and is $40.00 per night cheaper and no controls on room thermostat you can keep your room temperature to your likings at that property. They have also have very helpful front desk staff. This Hampton inn is not up to the chains standards by far my worst Hampton inn experience I always felt the Hilton chain offered a level of quality I could count on this property let me down and is making me have second thoughts about the brand.

All good except the indoor pool was super cold. Room was clean, good water pressure. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.
