I called to ask for assistance as I’m talking to the female she transfer to my call without even saying nothing to a voicemail I found that to be very rude and very unprofessional

This is one of the most helpful places in Waterbury. The workers go beyond out their way to help you the best that they can.

True blessing!!! Yes, it's not an easy process for some and we're you're in desperate times it can seem daunting, but trust the process and do your due diligence. Each office is a little different, but intake verification is standard. I've hardly been able to reach someone when calling, but eventually I get a call or notification letting me know that they are working on things... Remember, covid changed everything, and I was thankful this program still exists! Thank you to the staff who have unimaginable case loads ♥ I appreciate you.

They might be able to give you a list of landlords. Try 211. If you are displaced because of covid try Unitect.gov. It will help with rent. If you have mental health issues contact your worker at DMHS and speak to your worker . I wish you luck in your search. These are bad times to be displaced.
