Called Putnam Ford and talked with Matt. There was a new 2022 Ford F150 on the lot and I was stating Vachon Ford in Brooklyn had the same truck for less money and Matt was quick to tell me there was NO wiggle room on the price, It was firm. I stated Vachon says there is room to chat on the price. Matt stated again, the advertised price is the price. Then I asked about the trade in value that I got from their sight, Matt shot a hole in that also stating it was an estimate and its usually the lower price on the estimate on line. Strike 2. Then I asked about the currant interest rate and compared it to their sight, well big difference. They stated low % on the sight then when you do the finance part it jacks up to 11.9 %. I asked Matt and he said , we will have to look into that. Strike three. Not willing to even chat about the price or trade in and not sure about financing, makes me feel that they or he is all about them and not the customer about to drop 50 k on a vehicle. I do not advise going there. Purchased at Vachon in Brooklyn ct. Good price negotiated, good finance worked out, good payment schedule and fantastic trade in. Putnam needs to take a page out of Vachons book. Jim

Putnam Ford again went beyond great service. I had an unexpected appointment and they made the service appoint to be completed so My car was ready earlier than what they scheduled. Great service team!
