Staff was friendly line moved quickly ...Clean inside. Hot lil number was mopping in yoga pants. Thank you for that. Donut selection was ok but it was the afternoon.

Stopped here on my way further west into the state, got a blt sandwich and a ice cap. It was all amazing! Idk what the difference is between some tim hortons locations but y'all are doing it right!

With Covid and all things considering, knowing that these employees are over worked and understaffed (not they’re faults) they still push through and do there best. Yes the wait in line is long, but I appreciate they’re service experience. Be kind.

Is it company policy for the person claiming to be the manager to hang up on a customer calling to make a complaint. Two trips , 40 min. to still get the order wrong. When I called to inform the " manager" I was hung up on

Depending on your attitude. if a customer is rude or vulgar the employee has the right to deny service. Via getting hung up on in this case. Kindness goes a long way. Even if your order is wrong politely tell them and they will remake without the Hassel of an agrument. We're all human we make mistakes.
