I sent photos of some furnishings, many of which were "acceptable" to the owners. I set up delivery for a specific day and time, hired guys with a truck and delivered items as promised. I received a phone call the next day letting me know that my items had too many imperfections and could not be sold. Apparently the owner was on the phone and was not available when the furnishings were delivered. Did we not have a scheduled appointment? Was I supposed to hire the guys with the truck to come back and pick up? My experience with Home Again was very unprofessional. Remember also that the customer delivers the goods, the store prices, and customer receives 50%. They seem to have quite an attitude. I certainly will never do business or step in their store again.
