I first browsed Country View Bulk Foods at the old farm with my Grandmother, decades ago. Now I look forward to visiting every few years. It's a 1500 mile trip and I enjoy seeing how it's grown and flourished. Good people and huge benefit to the region! Clean,well stocked, amazing staff!

Want a good example of "if you build it, they will come"? Check out this place. Built in basically the middle of nowhere, this market is a dream for bakers and cooks alike. If you need flour, you better know what KIND you need, they have several. Need sugar? Again, several options. Chocolate? Candy making supplies? Nuts? They've got it all. And meats and cheeses, too! All at very good prices. Quantities tend to be on the larger size, so it's ideal for feeding large families or for those cooking for groups. Even if you're just a home cook, check this place out. The products available here are just fascinating.

This place is excellent for great food deals. There bulk spices are great and what a deal on meats and cheeses. It's everything we used to buy in Shipshewana Indiana but can get here now. What a bargain place especially at a time when it's most needed.

May 27th, 22 was my first time coming ... You need a lot of time to see everything ... The bulk area was vast ... I found spices that were quite a bit cheaper than big box stores ... If I lived closer, I'd go often! ... beautiful art, great looking produce, large selection of specialty cheeses ... A outstanding looking meat area ... I had a very friendly cashier ... A very great experience and I'm very happy with my purchases! 👍👍

Each customer is free to protect themselves, and we assist by providing mask signage on the door, sanitizers for carts and hands, floor distancing markings, plexiglass barriers at checkouts. We do not have impersonal, grouchy security guards at the doors, demanding that you have no choice, but to wear a mask! We are friendly folks who take great care in providing top notch, personal, customer service in a wholesome atmosphere! One bit of advice, we can get very crowded on Friday and Saturday, so you may want to shop on an alternate day! Have a wonderful day! ds

The cafe was added about 2 years ago when the store enlarged. Everything Country View sells is quality product and priced right.
Next seafood sale is Feb. 16 & 17. Following sale is May 11 & 12.

As far as I am aware, most of the seafood sold in our display is wild caught, with one particular exception, cooked shrimp is farm raised. Also, there may be other prepackaged seafood items in our freezer that are not wild caught. ds
I am 90% sure I did see the organic spices, however, i can't say for sure on the beans. Give a call before you venture
No, we do not have that particular variety. We do have white Idaho potatoes and white Michigan potatoes.
No Bareman's in stock currently but, we occasionally still have it in a 5 pound tub, but usually don't carry it in smaller containers. We do have Walnut Creek and Daisy brands of cottage cheese. Daisy brand seems to be a better mover for us. ds

Hi Reva! We do have a salad bar with all your usual salad items, plus a few homemade specialties to check out! We also have a hot bar with daily entrees such as fried and baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc. We also have a number of 'Dutch home cooking' specialties each day.
