Definitely try to touch base with C & Y. If not adopted, they should have records, depending on the situation and time that's passed. Also, Google the name of the 20 year old. There is also something called Intellius (not sure of spelling). Don't know if it is free or not. My cousin searched and found my wife's biological brother through that. He entered the name, approximate age and last known location and had the address and phone number within ten minutes of me posting on Facebook for help. It also searches different spellings of the name, which is how he found it bc adoption records spelled her biological father's name slightly different from the way her brother spelled it. Now he was much older (67 at the time) so I don't know how that might affect a search but it's worth a shot. Good luck
They can just show up. I know my child's school has a C&Y member on site.
No. It is an office building.
Seriously?
It is better to look on craigslist, Facebook marketplace, or local newspaper. Times leader or citizen voice.
Not really. Your best bet is to contact your family or friends for help.
Jurisdiction is determined by where the child resides. If they move to a different country, there case is usually transferred to the new residence
No you can call in an anonymous tip
I agree with you but if a sex offender has rights too and also i have a infit and i been try to get custody of my daughter and my new girlfriend is going to help me raise my daughter and i would if there is any law stated that we should be equally
Maybe try a family member first because sometimes that doesn't always work
