The store manager needs to act in a more relaxed way (or perhaps start watching the TRR commercials). A smile at least. We are talking about retail industry. I am saying this after visiting this location a few times and having a similar experience. I think I prefer the other two NYC locations with a more inviting ambience.

I've consigned and purchased through TRR for years and they have gone downhill fast. They've increased how much they keep from your consigned good a few times recently, combined with aggressive promotions which gets taken out of the consignor's profits (read the fine print people) Do yourself a favor; donate your clothes and take the tax write off. It's better for you economically, plus a non-profit will use the funds for good, rather than line the pockets of these guys.

EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW IS FACTUAL- their “CUSTOMER SERVICE” intentionally neglects the consigners and I guarantee you they are scamming everyone left and right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Sincerely this is the most incompetent and rude corporate company I’ve ****ever encountered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
