I have been eyeing their handbags for awhile, however I was not ready to make a purchase. However, that changed! Your girl got a raise and I wanted to treat myself. I love second hand and I am into slow fashion, so a preloved bag was the route for me- plus is sustainable! I ordered a LV bucket bag, and I have not received it. But I wanted to leave a review about the amazing customer service! Alexis reached out to me, she is the ecomm coordinator there, to advise me the bag I had selected was not available. I was gutted, but Alexis sent over potential replacements for me to choose from. The bag I had ordered was not available and due to their error, I was offered a replacement. I found another LV bag I loved and we were all set. I just wanted to share this experience, so that you know this company cares and they have a sense of urgency. It is much needed and appreciated tbh. One more week till my bag comes and I cannot wait!!! I will be back with an updated review to share how much I love my handbag. I’m confident in knowing that Designer Revival will go above land beyond the call of duty to ensure their products are authentic. I had a difficult time with locating my date code. Alexis sent me a shipping label to return my bag, she located the code, sent me a photo of the code, told me where to locate the code, and also sent a certificate for my bag. Designer Revival has me as a forever customer.

I love designer revival. Always something unexpected and interesting. Almost all my most admired clothes come from here. And the service is quite excellent and delightful. They have a great selection of brands - from Chanel on and on and on. Highly recommended. My favorite garment right now is a truly wonderful Louis Vuitton leather jacket. It turns heads!
