My food is always hot and fresh especially the fries. I always order on the mobile app and very seldom do I have to wait on my order. My iced, sugar free, French vanilla coffee with an extra shot of espresso is spot on every time. Breakfast rocks at this McDonald’s and they’re FAST!

There was no customer service. I asked kindly for help and was ignored. I am actually a very meek person. They skimped on condiments on the burger. I have taken the time to give places glowing reviews... This place does not deserve one...

Always been a very slow McDonald's. They do not roll people forward and get them out of the way so they can get the people behind them served And why in the hell is a lobby not open yet?

Got 3 breakfast sandwiches, a chocolate milk and a large coffee. When i started drinking my coffee, i wound up getting an inch full of grinds at the bottom of the cup. Definitely not a good way to serve your customers or your shareholders!

Questions & Answers

Why do they use the numbers on the tables? My orders take longer to get brought to my table, than to stand up by the counter! A couple sitting across from us waited longer than us to get two coffees and two muffins, that is really piss poor service!!

Why am I asked to pull ahead and they will bring my special order out. 15 minutes later I walk in and ask for my money back and get ignored but I am handed a bag of cold cooked to order breakfast food both orders were cold. I will notify corporate.

Training is the reflection ..... or lack of.

Do the owner and general manager care.... I read alot of the reviews and it seems to me that there is a lot of food loss from giving out new orders to replace the wrong orders that get tossed because it can not be resold....
