Do the owner and general manager care.... I read alot of the reviews and it seems to me that there is a lot of food loss from giving out new orders to replace the wrong orders that get tossed because it can not be resold....

Yes they do care (as far as I can tell, and I work there), and by the reviews that Durand McDonalds gets, you would think that they don't, because that's what people lead you to believe. I feel like this place and these people deserve a lot more credit for what they do than they are getting. It's not a super easy job, especially when it gets super busy. But that's okay, people can think whatever they'd like..
