I’ve never written a bad review before but I’m so upset with my haircut. Literally want to cry every time I look in the mirror. I’m not sure if it was just a miscommunication with my stylist or what. I asked her to keep the length and only trim the dead ends, but when she was done with my hair it was the shortest it’s ever been. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Service was good. Although I believe the tips should be manual by the customer and not via the professional.
