They say they don’t have availability but put a sign up saying they have apartments available I called several times inquiring about my application and all they can say it’s pending someone even told me my money would be refunded

I have left about 5 messages as it seems no one answers the phone during business hours or the phones are forwarded to voicemail all day. Not very customer service friendly. I also put in an application too and have not heard back. This is not a way to conduct business.

I applied to be on the waiting list like two years ago. I filled out all the nesscary forms and not a soul got in touch with me in two years. It doesn't even recognize my log in for my application. I filled out those long forms for what?

Sad to see all of these negative reviews. Reminds me alot of another complex owned by the same people, Park Properties. Its a shame because these apartments look nice. Oh well, I will pass.
