They have stepped thier game up since my fiance and I have been doing the landscaping. They are friendly and caring if there are any type of issues Scott (the manitance guy) will try with the best of his abilities to take care of them.

Have relatives that live there. It COULD BE a Nice place if cared for Properly. Goes for Long periods of time before repairs/maintenance. SECURITY is a main concern; such as LOCKS & outside LIGHTING. Definitely needs MORE LIGHTS in & around parking lot & stairwells. NO personnel on site for Long periods of time; Friday/Sat/Sun. Would be better with a "Live in" - on site personnel member, to over see things.
